We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3–5 days of being placed and shipped the next day after processing is completed.
Our shipping period is 10–15 days, so we kindly ask for your patience while we update your logistics information.
Since some of our products are purely handmade, we require 1–2 weeks to produce them due to the high volume of orders we receive, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, meaning your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
