Returns & Refund
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change—and we’re here to help! We accept order cancellations as long as they’re made before your product is shipped or produced. If you need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. Once your order has shipped, though, we can’t cancel it, but we’re happy to help with returns if needed.
Returns (if applicable)
We want you to love your purchase, so we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving it. To make sure your return is accepted, just keep the item unused, in the same condition you got it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return—please don’t send your item back to the manufacturer, as we handle all returns directly.
Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as we receive and check your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s safe and sound. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process it right away, and the money will go back to your credit card or original payment method within 1–5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
We know waiting for a refund can be frustrating! If you haven’t received yours yet, first check your bank account again—sometimes it takes a little time to show up. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as they might have a short processing period. If you’ve tried all that and still haven’t gotten your refund, just email us at vip@zestbuyhub.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.
